Appointments are available to try and purchase from our rack, sample sale, with sizes available in AU 6, 8, and 10. Please book your appointment to explore the collection and secure your items.
Cancellation Policy
At ASTERÉ BRIDAL , we are delighted to assist you in finding your dream wedding dress. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Appointment Guidelines We do not require a booking fee for your bridal appointment. However, we kindly ask you to respect our time and resources by attending your scheduled fitting. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow other brides the opportunity to book their appointments. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule, depending on availability. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments. Dress Handling & Compensation Our gowns are delicate, and we kindly ask that you handle them with care during fittings. Any damage, stains, or alterations caused to a dress during your appointment will require compensation to cover repair or replacement costs. Please avoid wearing heavy makeup, lotions, or jewelry that may transfer onto the dresses. Guest Policy To ensure a comfortable and focused experience, we recommend bringing no more than 2 guests to your appointment.
